Advertising Your Listings
The HouseHunt system is both economical and smart business! Your listings will be viewed worldwide at a fraction of the cost of conventional print advertising. You receive inquiries directly from buyers interested in your listing by (1) telephone or (2) through a built-in buyer inquiry form sent directly to your e-mail address. In addition, your buyer prospects will receive an auto-responder by e-mail, confirming that you received a request for service.
You can add, edit and delete unlimited number of your listings on-line including photo installation. Your Home Seller will be pleased with the presentation of their home; with up to three (3) photos and optional Virtual Tour and/or Home Picture Gallery, multiple search features with quick response time, and room for plenty of detailed text information about their property. Consumer's return often to our search system!
The monthly fee is based on your On-line Placement of your listing information and your photos through our Self-Data-Entry System. Photos must be sized to exactly 120 pixels wide and less than a 7k file size and must be in a jpeg format. Upon receipt of your order and payment, in full, HouseHunt will e-mail to you your Personal ID and Password which is required to add your listings and to install your photos.
If you are unable to use the Self-Data-Entry System and but would still like to advertise your listings on SuperMLS, and would prefer HouseHunt to add your listings and/or photos, we will charge you $10 per listing and $ 5 per photo.

* HouseHunt will do the work of initially adding your listing, if you mail or fax MLS set up sheet, or complete sample add listing form above. You must edit/delete listings by yourself on-line.
** Pictures may be e-mailed or sent by US postal mail.
